The team from Call Assist are highly experienced, competent and dedicated to providing emergency support when you need it. Inland Waterways Breakdown Assistance includes:
- Crisis Co-ordination - operators can contact your family, friends or even liaise with doctors or arrange travel for you;
- Engine Breakdown - up to £250 towards engineers fees or towage following engine breakdown and assistance in locating a suitable repairer;
- Getting You Home - up to £150 towards travel costs to transport the insured person home or other destination and assistance in arranging transportation if you have to abandon your vessel following a breakdown.
