• Contact us as soon as possible to notify us of any incident likely to give rise to a claim

When we receive your claim form we will;

• Acknowledge we have received it by letter or phone
• Provide you with a claim number (if we have not already provided you with one by telephone) used for all future correspondence.
• Contact you to confirm the next step for processing the claim

• Do not admit liability for any accident with a third party
• Take all reasonable steps to mitigate any loss
• In an emergency try to ensure that your boat and passengers are safe
• Take emergency work necessary where your engine has been submerged to prevent further deterioration
• Seek our approval before advising repairers to proceed with any work
