In the event of a claim, please do be aware that...

• You must not admit liability with a third party at the time of the incident
• Take all reasonable steps to mitigate any loss or further loss
• In an emergency try to ensure that your vessel & passengers are safe
• Take emergency work necessary where your boat engine has been submerged to prevent further damage
• Confirm our approval before sanctioning repairers to proceed with any required works
