How do I make a boat insurance claim?
- Making a boat insurance claim is simple, just go the the 'claim' link at the very bottom of this page and follow instructions. Our claims desk is available 24/7.
Can you guarantee to protect my personal details?
- With regard to customer data we are bound by a strict code of conduct which through our Financial Services Authority registration is fully enforced and monitored. Please see our privacy policy page for full details, link at bottom of this page.
Where are you based, solely in the UK ?
- Yes - we are based in Malvern in Worcestershire, all our staff are also UK based. On other words; no call centres and always named individuals to deal with your enquiries.
How do I make a complaint?
- We do our up most to provide the best boat insurance products and support to make sure you don't find any need to make a complaint. However in the event you do want to make a complaint, this is absolutely your right and we will do all we can to address all concerns made. Please go to the contact us page.
